Venture capital investments are high risk. The value of an investment can fall as well as rise, and investors may lose all capital invested.
Long term and illiquid
Interests in venture capital funds are generally long-term and illiquid. There may be no active secondary market, no right to redeem on demand, and no certainty about when or whether capital will be returned.
Past performance
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Interim valuations may change materially before an investment is realised. IRR, MOIC, TVPI and DPI describe different aspects of performance and should be reviewed with the underlying methodology, fund age and cash flows.

Fund-of-funds risk
Euro VC invests in underlying venture capital funds. Investors are therefore exposed to the risks of those funds and their portfolio companies, together with manager-selection, concentration, valuation, liquidity, fee-layering and cash-flow risk. Diversification across funds can reduce concentration risk but does not guarantee a profit or prevent loss.
Indirect company exposure
Investors do not invest directly in the technology companies shown on this website. Exposure is held through selected underlying VC funds. Euro VC does not control the timing, pricing or outcome of every underlying company decision.
Geography and currency risk
European and global allocations may involve different legal, political, tax, regulatory and currency risks. A broader geographic mandate does not guarantee better performance or greater protection from loss.
Individual investor access
Individual access is new in 2026 and is available only where lawful and to investors who meet the applicable eligibility requirements. A lower financial commitment or simpler administration does not mean lower investment risk.
Privacy and required disclosure
Euro VC handles investor relationships discreetly, but investors may still be required to provide information for legal, regulatory, tax, anti-money-laundering, know-your-customer and reporting purposes. No investor should expect anonymity from authorities or regulated service providers.

Aggregated commitments and manager relationships may improve access or commercial terms, but no particular allocation or term is guaranteed. The applicable fees, expenses, rights and obligations are set out only in the current legal documents.
